Aye and Ahmed at the Woodlands

There are few moments in life as special as your wedding day. It’s the one time when you’re surrounded by the people you love most and who love you back. When Aye and Ahmed asked me to provide the DJ services for their intimate celebration at Hothorpe Hall and the Woodlands, it was an honor to be part of such a special day.

Aye, who is Burmese, and Ahmed, who is Egyptian, brought together their unique cultures to create a beautiful and unique celebration. With just 30 guests, it was an intimate affair filled with love and happiness.

From the moment the ceremony began, it was clear that this wedding was going to be something special. I was there to provide music throughout the day – from the ceremony to the drinks reception, through to the evening reception. It was a privilege to be involved and to help create the perfect atmosphere for such a wonderful day.

Their first dance was to Always be my baby by Tim Halperin. This was a beautiful moment that the couple and their guests will remember for years to come. The music requests throughout the day were a mix of western pop, Burmese and Arabic, which created a unique and vibrant atmosphere that reflected the couple’s diverse backgrounds.

Looking back on the day, it’s clear that this was a truly special wedding. It was a privilege to be part of such a meaningful celebration and to help Aye and Ahmed create memories that will last a lifetime. I’m grateful for the opportunity to have been their wedding DJ and to have contributed to making their day unforgettable.
